We love our new dishwasher with different options to have more lower racks for plates or less. Our dishes come out cleaner than our last dishwasher and we like the option of cleaning just top rack or bottom rack. Only down side is there is no quick cleaning option min 2 hours plus from options I have looked at. Still happy with it though and its not too noisy.

I have many LG products and have been very happy with all of them, so I decided as I was purchasing a new dishwasher I would look at the LG Steam model. I must say it cleans well however stacking the dishwasher is a nightmare! Long glasses fall over constantly and if you lower the top basket to allow for longer glasses the NORMAL size dinner plates don't fit, as the spray arms hit on them. That alone is annoying but the cycles take SO long. There is no quick wash and the Eco programme takes even longer. All I can say is I'm beyond disappointed especially as it was so much more expensive than the other major brands.

I bought this three weeks ago, washing once day sometime every second day. The cleanness is very impressive can't ask for a better one. Reliability not too sure as the heater failed and no longer usable. HE message was on displayed. I hope it is just a bad one. I have LG washing machine and dryer and they are working great. Will have to wait for the repairer to come and inspect. I will update later on to see if there is anymore issue with it.

I bought this a few months ago and it took about 6-7 weeks to become available. When it finally arrived, we used it for about 2 weeks then all of a sudden it stopped working. Cycles would come out unclean and soaking wet (even after the 2.5 hour wash), then one day the heat circuit failure error came up and it's now unusable. Need to get a replacement, probably won't get this again. Not sure why it's so expensive if it doesn't work.

I love the cleaning options, the steam clean, cool, the cutlery tray at the top to provide more space inside for crockery, pots and pans etc., and the fact that the door opens afterwards ensures that everything is dry when you go to empty it again. Couldn’t ask for a better product. Definitely recommend!

I bought this dishwasher in 2019. With in 3 months it had a heating error and was unusable. I requested a replacement with I received. It was working fine for 6 months and now has the exact same heating failure and is once again unusable. Very poor for 2 brand new dishwashers. Have contacted my place of purchase for a resolution.
