[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new LG washing machine. So many wash options. The machine has various steam options and heats it's own water for hot washes when I need it. It has 2 fast wash options and 1 is a Turbo Clean. It also has a Tub Wash option to give my machine a good clean. You can adjust water heat and spin levels. I linked to my home Wifi and I get messages to advise me when the wash is finished. This is a great option especially when working from home and can't hear the machine downstairs. It also does a great wash. Very happy customer.

I purchased this a few months back and finally had it installed. The cycles are way too long, for example the recommended towel cycle is 3hours and 34 mins. Unless you use the easy care cycle intended for 4kg and taking 1hr39 its a waste of time. Also after using a top loader LG 10kg this machine only takes two thirds of that. Would be great for two people but with a family forget it. Def not recommended for families. I choose this product because I have the pump dryer which in compassion is excellent. But regret purchasing this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine to replace my previous LG which lasted for 11 years. The machine has worked perfectly and has a very good choice of programs including ones you can download yourself. I do miss the Rinse and Hold cycle which was on my last LG but no other machines have this option anymore, apart from a very big expensive LG. All our LG appliances are still going strong after at least 10 years and I am considering replacing my dishwasher with an LG because of the reliability of the brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washing machine a few months ago, on the basis that we were looking for a model with a large capacity and multiple features / washing modes. So far we couldn't be happier. The standout feature for us is the AI capability that adjusts the washing program to adapt to the load - and unlike previous washing machines we've owned, you can trust the time remaining! Also extremely handy is the Delay End functionality which means you can set it to finish during off-peak electricity hours.

Bought this three days ago. And unfortunately need to return it to the store after one wash. The drain pump has failed and we had to manually drain the machine. Correctly installed and all the troubleshooting has been done. In touch with LG who suggest return to store. Such a shame, looks like a nice machine, but havent had a chance to use it. Huge hassle in the end, hopefully JB Hifi will be happy to help us out to get a quick turn around replacement to our house
