I thought looking at the specifications etc this was going to be a very good washing machine. But I was wrong it's ordinary at best. Try as much as I can the WiFi function will not connect keep getting server not available or something. Water usage I did expect a little more then my old 5kg Simpson Encore 503, manually setting the water is easy, setting wash time, rinse and spin easy. Though letting the machine do it,? water too much or not enough, defaults to 24 minute wash,etc. Today 1/2 full of cloths, t shirts, short and undies nearly to the top. Wash the towels not enough water. Not impressed at all . Cloths tangle frustration 5 thumbs down two up and three cannot work it out. If the app worked maybe up.

I’ve had my 10kg direct drive top load WM for 2 and a 1/2 months, big regrets. It unbalances with towels and sheet EVERY time. The last time I was further away when with this happened by the time I got to it, the cord was outstretched and the WM was about to go through my laundry wall. It had moved over a metre from its position, my concern is if I’m not home and I run it what damage could it cause. I’d read where it unbalanced often before buying it but I assumed it would shut off not keep banging away and trying to go through walls.

have had this machine for almost 2yrs now it is the worst washing machine l have ever owned has wrecked my clothes sheets all my bedding and has a bad lint problem and lg want nothing to do about it all LG wanted was photos sent them thru and had a machine repairer out 3 times they are trying to help but LG keep telling me all these things to do l have done it but nothing is helping not happy at all my next step is calling consumer affairs everytime l wash its like l have washed with a hessian bag and lint all over my clothes

I purchased this washing machine on the weekend and am seriously disappointed. Everything comes out covered badly in lint (colour sorting hasn’t helped). The clothes are not as clean as they should be either - having to rewash some items (I am not overloading the machine either). I am devastated that I am stuck with this washing machine. I thought it would be a fantastic machine and a time saver, but having to de-lint everything is meaning it’s taking a lot more of my time. For the price I would expect a lot better.

I recently as last week purchased my new LG 10 top loader, i previously had my old Speed Queen machine for 25yrs and i didnt want to part with it, but its time was up and couldnt afford another and being in lockdown and not being able to physically view my purchase i relied on the sales person! The night before the next day delivery of my new washing machine i read up on some reviews and thought oh my did i get a machine that is no good....well so far im very happy with the quality of the wash and how easy it is to use as im abit old school and like the dial nob....not anymore i love how you can set this machine exactly how you wish it to was....very happy customer and would highly recommend!
