This is one of the better space ships Lego has come out with. The design is great and my son loves the look of it. It was a pretty easy build and has stayed together pretty well ( my son usually has them in pieces within minutes)

My 7 year old LOVED getting this for his birthday. I showed him how the instructions worked and he built them with no supervision and minimal help.
What an amazing set. I don't really know anything about the freemaker series, but this set seemed to cool to pass over. The price is below ten cents per piece which is phenomenal, especially for a Lego Star Wars set.
Nephew followed instructions and built it. He is still playing with it and making up his own battles.
I bought this for my grandson on his sixth birthday, he is Star wars and Batman mad. He had requested this after seeing it in the store and online. He loved it so much that he had to take it to bed that night (lego not the best to cuddle) even though hard and pointy with the risk of bits dropping...
