The beauty of this set is such that I catch myself staring at it for periods of time, just enjoying the aesthetics without even playing with it.

If you are buying this for collection and the box is important, don't buy from here. The box was severely torn to the point the Lego bags were visible without opening. The rest of the set seems to be fine, but as a collector I was very disappointed with the damage

If you love Lego, this is one of the best sets you can get. They have paid attention to detail right from the outside dining area to the flooring to the one room apartment on the first floor. The front design looks marvelous. I especially love the kitchen area with the fridge and those floor tiles.

Got it for my son's fifth birthday,and he assembled it in less then one and a half day with no help! He is a big lego fan from age 3. Next he chose to get a pet shop....

Fun

This is another one of Lego's gems. The box lists a much older age recommendation but my 7 year old son is putting it together without a hitch. Don't let the age recommendation hold you back!

A wonderful addition to my street – lots of fabulous detail in the kitchen, as well as the upstairs apartment.

A gift for my grandson, the pieces are bigger than I thought and he would have liked smaller pieces to combine with all his other sets, but he is very creative and I believe he will have many hours of fun with this set anyway.

There is SO much detail in this kit: wine bottles & glasses, flowers out front in pots, a fold out bed, curtains for the windows, a turkey! Great for boys & girls. My 11 & 12 yr olds built it together - cooperation between siblings without video games!

A very fun set to build, great parts and some very intricate details and techniques. Definitely worth the price and looks great next to my other modular buildings.
