Wish I would of read some reviews. This is my daughter's first set and I assumed this was a plastic container. I will be buying a storage bin because this BOX will be destroyed in 2 days. I have not opened it yet because it is a Santa present so I do not know what is inside.

I Purchased this set at LEGOLAND Discovery Center in Boston, Massachusetts. I've seen this set before in other stores, but then I finally bought this set and I was somewhat excited.

Okay I liked the fact that you can use this box for LEGO storage. But I DIDNT like the fact that there are literally three or four things that you can make out of the books with this. My child isn't really that happy with it. Not like I thought she would be.

Why only 4 Stars...? 10692 is a fun product, of course - all Lego sets are! But the Lego 1066 "Creative Bucket" - (offered by Argos at the same price just a few weeks earlier, then suddenly pulled...!!) - would have been much better value, and EVEN MORE fun...!!!

I bought this for my boys and they love it! Good selection of bricks so can make all sorts! I bought them in the 3 for 2 so even better bargain

I love the idea of LEGO Classic, bringing back a building system for all ages and genders, but I do feel that I got a bit tricked. Part of the reason I was so excited about this product was that I believed that it came in a plastic case like the small LEGO Juniors sets I bought for the toy drive...

I like this parts set! There is a nice color variety which I really needed in my part collection. I've already used some of them for MOCs! I also appreciate some of the specialized pieces like the wheels, the door and window, the flowers, etc.
