Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 Generation 2 Review – Last year, Kingston released the DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 USB flash drive, the fastest USB flash drive with a native USB 3.0 controller and comes in a whooping huge space, up to 64 GB (check Craving Tech's DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 review ).
Pros:
- Even faster than the first generation model
- Large capacity
- USB 2 compatible
- Can be attached to a keyring
Cons:
- Size a bit bulky
- Apart from the speed
- nothing else is new in the Generation 2 model

The Kingston DT Ultimate 32GB G2 is a fantastic USB drive that surpasses even our and Kingston's expectations for the drive. Although the drive itself may be on the pricey side, the performance and quality that you get from this drive are nearly worth every penny.

The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 G3 is best used in a USB 3.0 port but is of course compatible with USB 2.0. When used in a USB 2.0 port you do get the advantage of optimized data transfer at full USB 2.0 speeds of 30MB/s Read and 20MB/s Write.
