Very Slow Data Trasnfer

I got it next day I ordered it. Modern look. But...what??!!! Max. data transfer rate 1.7 MB/s. In some cases it increased to 2.5 to 2.7 MB/s. Total disappointing. Try for another variant.

These things are great!

I bought this to replace a 16 GB Data Traveler USB 2.0 drive. It has worked great, and was getting full. 128 GB is a little overkill, but it should last quite a while.

Kingston DataTraveler Mini 3.0 16GB Flash Drive Review

There are so many options for USB flash drives, sometimes it can be impossible to choose one model to fit everybody's needs. Kingston knows this and has enough models that finding one to suit a specific need should be fairly easy.

Way too slow to be USB 3.0

These are barely worth the plastic they're enclosed in.

None over any other USB drive

Way too slow; USB 3.0 device plugged into USB 3.0 port and it's transferring at 4.5 MB/s; The same files in the exact same port with a USB 2.0 drive are transferring over twice as fast

it is not USB3

I have tested it on different computers having USB3 ports. The transfer rates were around 20 MB/sec (USB2 speed!).
