Amazon Kindle Paperwhite review

Amazon's most popular ereader, the Kindle Paperwhite, has evolved yet again with the 2015 version (or the "All-New" version as Amazon's calling it) offering an improved 300ppi display, a new Bookerly font and a new typesetting engine, designed to improve character spacing, typography and page...

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (2015) review

The Kindle Paperwhite marries good design, fair price and needed backlight to make it the best Kindle for most people. But we would lose some of that for better battery life.

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (2015) review

The Kindle Paperwhite is, by any stretch of the imagination, an excellent eReader. Brilliant display, superb design and build, and access to an unsurpassed library of eBooks. Our only minor quibble is about battery life, and it isn't the cheapest.

When Amazon first announced the Kindle Paperwhite 3 and it turned out the main change was the addition of an upgraded 300 ppi E Ink screen, the same exact screen that comes with the more expensive Kindle Voyage, many thought that it would close the gap on the Voyage to a point where it wouldn't...

While last year Amazon took the time to focus on upgrading the top Kindle the Kindle Voyage, this year it's taken the time to improve its second in line device the Kindle Paperwhite. Thanks to a backlit e-Ink display the device is able to work well in even the darkest of environments.

The Kindle Paperwhite, Amazon's answer to the Kobo Glo HD is a high resolution, low cost e-reader, but you should still weigh up your choices before buying. Amazon has long been the heavyweight in the e-reader scene, having seen off a few competitors in the hardware space while establishing itself...

Amazon launched a new version of the Kindle Paperwhite in India back in June month starting at Rs. 10,999, after more than a year of launching the second-generation Kindle Paperwhite in the country. We got hold of the 3G version of the Kindle Paperwhite (2015).

Brilliant 300ppi screen; Performance is snappy; Good battery life

Same old design; Doesn't have a scratch-resistant screen; 3G variant is a bit pricey (However downloading books over 3G is free

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (3rd generation) review: The best e-reader for the buck

With its desirable features, pocketable size, and reasonable price tag, Amazon's Kindle Paperwhite has been a safe bet to gift or recommend to voracious readers since 2012. After its most recent design refresh, Amazon's mid-range e-reader rivals e-readers that cost considerably more.
