When I received my steam cleaner I did not realise that I had bought a cleaner with Europe plug, lucky it was not a major problem as I had an adaptor. Easy to use but putting cleaning pads on can be a bit fiddly. I'm very happy I bought this product.

Purchased the Karcher SC2 Steam Cleaner to make the cleaning of my tiled floors not so backbreaking,although the steam coming out is great the cloth supplied gets wet too quickly and leaves water on the tiles which i have to wipe with my Enjo cloth.going to try different cloths on steamer to see...

Bought this a month ago and find it's so easy to use has lots of different tools and cloths to use and not to big to store away

Best Steam cleaner on the market but NO competition - a couple of design faults the wire and the hose they wear out at the point of contact with the body.had 3 machines the last one the the stopper of the water broke so could not get the dam thing out.

Bit small for what we expected, works well. First steam cleaner and likely will buy bigger unit.

So glad i made this purchase! It makes cleaning a breeze, especially for grout! Very versatile and great for the price if you live in a smaller apartment.

Wish I'd invested in one along time ago. I am allergic to mould and we clean our bathrooms all the time but no matter we used, we could never completely get rid of the mould. The SC2 removed it so easily and does an amazing job on all the bathroom surfaces. It stays cleaner for longer because there is no residue from products for germs & grime to stick to

My floor tiles are sparkling. My oven and stove top were cleaned with no chemicals and look fantastic. My bathroom cleaned with no fuss. Laundry trough and kitchen sink together with there taps never looked so clean.

I bought this product because it had great ratings, but I'm not impressed by it. The steam that comes out is warm not hot. The mop head attachment leaves the floor wet and watermarks on my tiles when it dries. The screw top lid to the water tank gets stuck and won't unscrew, I have to push down and try to unscrew the lid simultaneously to get it off and quickly move my hand away because the steam (this steam is scalding hold) releases out this opening. The cord is also quite short and I'm often finding a new power point to plug into.
