This is an excellent, lightweight, versatile tripod. It wraps around stationary objects, clings to ferrous objects and provides a stable platform for lightweight compact cameras. I recommend it. Some have said that the individual led nodes pop out on occasion; this is no problem..

Just received the Mpod - Then I made a mistake - I showed my granddaughter what a great design it was and how useful it was with an iPhone. It disappeared into her backpack and she refuses to return it. So I'm ordering another for me.

This tripod is awesome. We have had the non magnetic gorillapod for years and used is so many ways to take a group picture on vacations and even around the house but this magnetic one beats that!! Now we can stick it on cars, door hinges refrigerators etc and get great shots. Thanks Joby!

the first one I had the joint started to pop out so the camera could have fallen. JL exchanged it with grace. Have to see how this one acts. very useful as a hand hold to keep the camera still when taking photos.

this is the first tripod i have ever owned and my first trip i took it up to mount robson berg lake trail and snow bird pass. I was able to take amazing pictures of myself and my mom without having to wait for a passer by to take picture for us.

It's ok only...I thought that will be bigger size but it's ok.

Bought about a month ago, I had my doubts on its durability. When my brother hit it and my gopro with his car and it survived with small scratches and an easily re-attached leg, I knew it was a worthwhile purchase- especially for its price.

Very useful for compact cameras.
