Jaybird X3 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones review

I love my MPOW Swift Bluetooth 4.0 Headphones and because of them, Bluetooth earbuds are all I use. I no longer wish to deal with wired earphones. And I've found that I like having earbuds over other types of headphones (on-ear or over-the-ear) because they are small and portable, don't leak sound...

MySound app allows you to create and save your own sound preferences; Crisp clear audio quality at all frequencies; After finding the appropriate fit; the earbuds stay in well while exercising; Playing time is 8.5 hours at moderate volume level; Charging time was only 1.5 hours

Contains proprietary charging clip thus requiring you to take the clip with you - hopefully; you won't lose it; Contains only passive noise isolation; Fit was difficult to find; Bluetooth was interrupted a few times during high impact workouts (my body got in the way; Sound was out of sync with my...

Jaybird X3 review: Affordable sports earphones without the compromise

Having spent a couple of years wowing consumers in the US with its wallet-friendly earphones , Jaybird has finally brought its popular X3 Bluetooth earphones to the UK market. With two previous generations earning praise for their audio quality, stay-in-ability (if that's a word), convenience and...

Intuitive app with customisable EQ; loud and immersive sound; charging cradle is less fiddly than Micro-USB; stay in your ears

Could sound cleaner (but at this price that's a minor complaint

Jaybird X3 Review – The Best Wireless Sport Headphones

The Jaybird X3s are my (Jeff's) personal favorite workout headphones (although to be fair I use them for work and other things beyond working out). The X3s are sweat and water resistant headphones that secure well in your ear.

Smaller than X2s; Secure fit; Water and sweat resistant; Stable Bluetooth connection; Strong battery life

Not easy to check battery; Need a proprietary cable to charge; Remote is fairly large

The new Jaybird X3 headphones offer a bigger sound through the 6mm drivers but are still quite compact. They're so compact they can also be worn under a helmet. The reason the ear buds are so small is because Jaybird has cleverly located the battery in the in-line remote control.

Jaybird X3

After several earphone model releases and a buy-over by Logitech, Jaybird has earned a solid reputation in the sports community, delivering respectable audio quality. After announcing the X3, it is finally available for Singapore market.

Reasonable price; Customisable audio profiles

Treble is less refined compared to X2 and Freedom

Nice look...lacking in sound quality

"Earphones look nice and have plenty of attachments for fitting various ear types, however, the sound is lacking. For the price there is very little detail in the sound and unless you listen to pop or dance music constantly I wouldn't recommend these buds.

Useless and worthless

I'm deeply dissappointed with the sound quality. I'm was shocked to see a normal iphones earphones performed better than this. And the sound when connected to a laptop is the worst ever. Please donot buy this trusting the brand, you'll be surely dissappointed.
