Good Technology, Bad Experience
Pros:
- Great Functionality (ability to synchronize many communication devices) Good speakers and voice quality Good range (40-50 feet of high quality range
Cons:
- Manufacturing Quality
- The female end USB connector on the docking station was not soldered
- As a result, the male end of the connector loses its connection
- The device is inoperable

Awesome headset!
I am very impressed with the sound quality of this headset. It is comfortable, easy to set up and works with multiple devices. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the way you have to tap the ear piece twice to go on mute.

Great headset with a few annoying quirks.
A couple of quirks keep this from getting 5 stars.
Pros:
- sound is fantastic, headset is comfortable, works a good distance away
- Ability to switch between desk phone, computer and cell phone is a real plus

DO NOT BUY
This headset is actually amazing. But, if you want it to connect to your office phone you need the specific Jabra phone lifter.

jabra 9470 is a very cool unit!
Bought the 9470 as a replacement for a 9125, like the neckband vs. The over the head band, the 9125 had 12 hours, the 9470 is rated at 9 hours, the fit and comfort of the 9470 is excellent, and the sound quality seems as good as my previous unit.

Co workers also bought after seeing
Bought this for my wife (home office) as she operates over VPN with Avaya office phone and iPhone. The first one had an issue after a few days but B&H promptly sent a new one and it's up and running in a couple minutes.
