Comfortable and great quality. Occasionally disconnects but a quick power cycle fixes that. I'm happy with it.

This is perfect for sitting at a desk. You may want to add the receiver lifter if you work in an area where you are back and forth from your desk. The headset is light and very comfortable. The charge lasts all day and the charge stand is small and neat looking on your desk.

Very impressed with the quality of this headset. I use them in a what can be a pretty noisy work environment and they work splendidly. Noise-cancelling mic works wonders and on a side note it's probably the most comfortable headset I've ever owned!

I needed a wireless headset for an office phone. This did not meet me need. This would be a very nice wireless headset for a PC running soft phone. I use a $30 corded headset.

Ok, I haven't used this a full day yet but here is what I notice so far. I am using the earpiece not the headset that goes around the head. The earpiece unit weighs a ton on my ear. The part that goes around the ear is SUPER FLIMSY and it doesn't fit securely.
