I like this Jabra PRO 9470 because it enables an interruption free usage of softphone (PhonerLite) and mobil device (S9) at the same time. No change of headsets is required but just easy switch from one to the other phone. Battery power and wireless range are above my requirements. I like!

Easy installation

When ending a call with my softphone I would wish an immediate silence in the speaker of the headset instead of keeping the busy tone for additional 5 to 10 seconds; Small issue but just mentioned

Works, after a LOT of messing about with software. Not a very well designed, thought out or supported product.

Not cheap but this is an excellent headset, which works very well. The sound quality is excellent (a few people remarked on the fact I sound clearer after it replaced my old headset) and the range is very reliable.

Looks good/design; Sound quality

I spoke with Jabra and explained to them what we needed. A Bluetooth headset that can connect to our Bluetooth compatible IP phone. This unit is what they recommended. So I dished out the cash thinking this is a one-time buy for a good 5+ year long solution so I might as well spend the money.

Pretty good head set. Everyone uses these at my work. Only problem is I constantly had problems with the audio being too low and I would have trouble hearing. Why?... When the call center volume around me got louder, this headset would decrease in volume to limit the healthy decibel level.

I love my Jabra Pro 9465 Duo. It is fantastic to use. Easy to install - plug and play. The sound quality is great, including sound cancelation. It switches from soft phone to Skype to mobile seamlessly. The only draw back I face is the connection to my PC seems to be a bit fragile.
