Headset is very good but the sliding adjuster is now broken on the mouthpiec side. So functionally excellent but build quality needs to be improved

These headphones are great. Initially I was looking for headset to use at work without a cable. I was pleasantly surprised with good sound quality. Thanks to this I am now using these headphones to listen to music. Bluetooth connection with pc and cell phone is stable.

I have tried over and over again to get this headset to work with my computer to answer the phone. My IT guy got it to work but the sound quality was awful and when it pairs I can't answer the call. Unfortunately I missed the cut off date to return it. I was out of town with my dying mother.

Great comfort and sound quality. I had comments from all of my workmates on how it was the best that I'd ever sounded on Skype! Unfortunately, the microphone consistently cuts out after about one minute and only a full reset of the computer will bring it back, but only for another minute before it...

This is a great quality headset and much better than others I've tried. The lightweight design and being able to fold away the microphone when I don't have any calls is handy. Great sound quality and the microphone doesn't pick up external noise

I have other Jabra headphones and find them very comfortable and with great audio quality. These are a little disappointing. The good/great ---The call quality and audio on skype, hangouts or other voice-based communication is great. Clear reception, great range from the desktop.
