bought 5 months ago the cord has had rope snap out so i'm meted by a rubbery line which isn't bad and it makes a loud noise in left headphone when in noise cancelling mode but allover great product also does anybody else have the noise cancelling mode problem or know how to fix thanks

Ok I wasn't gonna get them cus I saw something else but they were on there way already .I was gonna return them but I was like let me give em a try cus they looked better than I expected and boom it hit me the sound quality is amazing the bass is good an 9/10 especially for the price

For the price you can't really fault these headphones. I would of liked the option of a 3.5mm jack but the battery life is decent enough Also the ability to skip and answer calls would of been a nice addition ( but like I said for the price I can't really complain).

Customer care and JBL Harman support does not guarantee return policy. I just received a call from represents of JBL in Portugal - magnelusa.pt, with excuses that I should pay more and choose better if I want comfort phones from JBL Harman head phone, defiantly not understanding 100% satisfaction...

I absolutely love these headphones! I can hear more details in music that I've never noticed before. They have great battery life and nice responsive buttons. If you are looking for fantastic sound with a low price I would highly recommend these because I was blown away by them.

-blue LED light is a little distracting when you are in the dark

I've been looking at more expensive Bluetooth headphones for ages, but never been in a position to invest in a pair. Having bought a small set of JBL headphones for my daughter, I was really impressed with the build-quality and sound, so thought I'd take a punt on these. I've been really impressed.

I bought this product a month ago and I am very happy with the performance. Sound quality is too good. Was lucky to get this at such a low price.
