Cheap and great if you have a LGA1366 that needs an upgrade. On the other hand, that LGA1366 is going to die soon because it was made in the bulging-capacitor years. Think about this purchase.

Dual Xeon X5670 - Great upgrade

Two of these were a VERY significant upgrade for my Dell PowerEdge R610 that had two E5540 chips when I got it. Performance is a solid 50% better for just about every task.
