12 cores, decent heat; What can you say about a Xeon processor, that isn't good; Running full bore past month, no issues at all; Running 9 .net custom apps; This with a raid 10 SSD setup, you can't ask for more
didn't come with a fan, and I may have overlooked that part; So make sure you buy a fan for this; It isn't a consumer processor, so it doesn't come with a fan; I went with a Noctua dual fan setup for it; No issues there as well
