Intel makes the best processors, period.

More than twice the speed of the i5-2400 it just replaced; this is now my main processor for my Linux workstation running on a SuperMicro X10SAE board with 2 sticks of Kingston ECC ram KVR16E11/8I

the processor is great paired with a Asus P9D WS, Noctua CPU Cooler and my GTX 680 its a great computer for 4k video editing :)

I received it about 2 weeks ago. Consequently, the status of this stuff is very good. Of course the system still goes well without any problems.
