Huawei has done a fine job of delivering a phone with a good user experience and most of the components that we expect to see in phones twice- or three-times its price. The handset design isn't attractive but it's functional, and the 8GB microSD included with the X5 is the icing on the cake.

Had no objections regarding reception. Display is LCD, so you won't like it if you switch from AMOLED. Battery sucs, as with every other current smartphone. Design is nothing astonishing. Will get the job done. I disliked its build quality.

This is a good phone wished it could be upgraded to gingerbread but can't be done. Has a nice bright screen. The camera takes good pics in good light.Pics with flash are bad.Overall a solid buy for the money.

For the price this is a great phone, it's fast, the screen is good, it comes with a 8gb SD card, my calls are all clear and the Android apps are endless, not to mention it is unlocked and easy to carry around. Very configurable re battery and works awesome on WLAN or 3G.
