Huawei Mate 20 review: Great all around, but it lives in the shadow of the Pro

4.4
Verdict: Reviewing the Huawei Mate 20 really reminded me of when I reviewed the P20 . The reason is because it's an awesome phone, but no one really notices it because it's overshadowed by a Pro version that's even more awesome.

No reviews
Verdict: Launching alongside the is the Huawei Mate 20: a less exuberant device that lacks some of its pricier sibling's key features but keeps the packed camera and high-end Kirin 980 chipset. It also brings an interesting design flourish to the party in the form of a ‘Dewdrop' notch.

Verdict: Usually, the difference between Huawei's P series of smartphones and the Mate lineup was that the former concentrated more on the photo taking capabilities whereas the latter focused on pure performance and processing power.

Huawei Mate 20 X 128GB

No reviews
Verdict: This is a phone with niche appeal, and the Huawei Mate 20 Pro remains a better buy overall. But for those who like their phablets to go heavy on the ‘tablet' part of the equation, the Mate 20 X is an intriguing option.
Pros: Huge screen perfect for media, Excellent camera, Exemplary battery life
Cons: Huge size makes it unwieldy, EMUI 9 is bloated and ugly, Screen isn't particularly sharp

Huawei Mate 20 X review: Fantastic beast, if you can find one

4.5
Verdict: Yes, the Mate 20 X is a massive phone. But if you're looking for a two-handed powerhouse to hold day in and day out, then this is a genuinely fantastic media powerhouse. It has a great (and, yes, massive) screen that's further enhanced by great audio, and the battery goes on and on whatever you...

Huawei Mate 20 review: One of the best phones the US is missing out on

No reviews
Verdict: Huawei's Mate 20 Pro might take the company's ultimate flagship title this generation, but the slightly lower-end Mate 20 is still a phone worth considering with its own strengths.
Pros: Cameras Incredibly versatile with three focal lengths, produce fantastic photos, Build quality Samsung-level fit and finish, with more attractive colors to boot, Screen Among the best IPS panels I've ever seen, Design Stunningly close to the all-screen dream, Headphone jack Great to see it included,...
Cons: Software EMUI is still difficult to use coming from most other Android skins/ROMs, Availability The Mate 20 isn't coming to the US, and unlocked vs. carrier availability in other markets is inconsistent, Price It starts at 800€ for the 4GB model (~$900 at the time of writing) which is a good chunk...

Screen protector

5.0
Verdict: Great edge to edge screen protector. Works great with all the phone cases I've used. Better than other screen protectors since a lot of them don't offer edge to edge protection. I would highly recommend it and would buy from here again, thank you!

It's a keeper.

5.0
Verdict: Need to have big pair of hand for this phone. love the big screen. It's quite heavy too. Battery life, not so great. In - 24 hours with only 40 mins of music and without making any calls its decreases almost 30%. Other than that, it downloads really fast, good sound system/speaker.
