Skepticism was abound when the House of Marley offered to send over their Bag of Riddim. It's a $300 Bluetooth speaker system that is finished with a variety of natural elements that include hemp (no conicedensce there), cotton and recycled plastics.

Sonically very well balanced; includes a bag and shoulder strap for easy transport; battery options if needed

Doesn't include a rechargeable battery; not the most tasteful name; almost useless touch buttons

Boxy plastic Bluetooth speakers might be all the rage right now, but there's still plenty of demand for options with more natural shapes and materials. House of Marley's amusingly-named Bag of Riddim ($300) is about as far as an audio company can go in the opposite direction from Jawbone's Big...

I can't say much for this... It's a battery. It works better than using d batteries in your bag of riddim. Cheaper and better for the environment in the long run. The battery life seems to last longer than the stated eight hours even at mid range volume and charging my phone.

I'm trying to check this item, but still the same. I was hoping that they are going to fix the problem. I bought this a year ago when they release it. I return the first one because the logo is not in the middle, the button is hard to operate and the blutooth is hard to connect.

Pound for Pound, no other blue tooth speaker can match the House of Marley Bag of Riddim. Relatively lightweight, 8 hours of play-time on the battery, 1/8" auxiliary input, and charging port for your bluetooth device makes the speaker the best around. I've purchased two of them.

Best speakers I have ever owned, wish they were portable.. you can walk around and take them outside to play as you'd expect
