Horizon Zero Dawn Review – Post-Apocalypse Phenomenon (PS4)

Earth, 3XXX. The exact date and time is not known, because the world ended several centuries ago. In this land, humanity exists as a loose collection of tribes. Each have their own set of customs, beliefs, enemies, and allies.

Jaw-dropping presentation; Countless things to see and do; Enjoyable narrative

You eventually have no new robots to discover..

Horizon Zero Dawn

Explore a unique world of machine like animals in Horizon Zero Dawn an action role playing title with a setting unlike anything before as it blends the primitive and the advanced into one. Playing as Aloy, a female hunter who lives within a world ravaged by robots.

Unique world that looks fantastic – Crafting and combat options

Fetch quests dominate side quests

Horizon Zero Dawn Review

I remember when I saw the first Horizon: Zero Dawn trailer during E3 2015 and immediately became fascinated once the harmonious music kicked in. It was breathtaking to see the mammoth-sized machines roaming a post-post-apocalyptic world that was once home to millions of people.

Living; breathing world with day/night and weather cycle; Interesting cast of characters with deep backgrounds; Best graphics in a PS4 game; Fast paced combat with on-the-fly crafting system; Large amount of story and side missions with plenty of replay value; Each sidequest is unique and enjoyable,...

Mediocre animation quality with a few bugs; Tags

Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds: "Makes me remember why I fell in love with Horizon to begin with"

Remember how it felt to see a Sawtooth for the first time That thrill, the excited fear, your heart thumping as you hide in the red gr...

Bewitching new characters; A welcome challenge for high-level players; New machines are deadly but fair

Not enough sidequests; Slightly tedious exposition at the end

Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds Review

Horizon Zero Dawn was really something, wasn't it It had a rich and gorgeous open world bustling with life and colour, a story that made us question everything we thought we new about life and mortal

Stunning location; New machines are great; Story is interesting

Skill tree doesn't really add anything

Horizon Zero Dawn Review – PS4

Horizon Zero Dawn review – an epic adventure A few blockbuster debuts throughout gaming history have had a surreal, uncanny power to them. You know it when you feel it: a certain magnetism pulling you in, that can't-stop-thinking-about-it quality.

Horizon: Zero Dawn (PlayStation 4) Review

The dystopian future setting is somewhat overdone as of late, getting up there with zombie apocalypses in over-saturating the market for movies, and it's starting to catch up to brown coloured first-person shooters on the gaming front, as well.

Excellent game to enjoy with the family

I honestly don't find this game one to avoid playing in front of small children. My rating is more of when I think a child may be capable of playing it, as it is rather challenging. Another person said you don't kill humans, and that's not true. You have to kill bandits sometimes.

Fun Game, No Case

I received this game not in a case, but in a cheap-ish (still official, albeit in Spanish) cardboard sleeve. I would have preferred a case, and others may be expecting the same when they purchase, -1 star for not making that clearly known However, the game was fine, CD in pristine condition, and is...

Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition - PlayStation 4

Just as good as the first print release! The added extension is included with the disc and is not dlc. Extras are the digital deluxe add ons which where well are the deluxe HZD theme, art of-, and the outfits and weapons located with a merchant.
