Honor 10 Review

The colorful Honor 10's camera is the reason to buy this well-priced phone.

Phantom blue color scheme looks fantastic; Excellent camera; Decent battery life; Low price

Performance doesn't always impress; Fingerprint sensor can be slow

Honor 10 Smartphone Review

With the 10, Honor goes one better and does not only offer a fine-tuned version of last-year's model, but also courageous color variants, shocking the competition with a strong entry price of 399 Euros (~$468). At this point, the direct comparison to the Huawei P20 is becoming difficult.

strong price-performance ratio; good display; decent speaker; unusual color options; accurate GPS; Dual-SIM; fast SoC; good camera

few supported LTE bands; storage expansion not possible anymore; danger of overheating under constant load; bloatware; only Bluetooth 4.2

Huawei Honor 10

Huawei wowed me with its hypercolourful flagship P20 Pro ( $871 at Amazon.com ) phone and now Honor -- Huawei's sub-brand -- is getting in on the vibrant action with the Honor 10. The Honor 10 brings the colour without the high price tag however.

The Honor 10 delivers the same fast speeds and stylish colours as its cousin, the Huawei P20 Pro, at half the price; It has a standard headphone jack too

The camera doesn't begin to approach the excellence of the P20 models or the similarly priced OnePlus 6

Honor 10 review: OnePlus has something to worry about

Honor is both closely associated with Huawei as well as one of the strongest competitors of the world's third largest smartphone manufacturer. This is also due to the fact that Honor always introduces a very similar and significantly cheaper model shortly after launches of Huawei smartphones.

Eye-catching design with great colors; Strong performance in all respects; Very good camera with many features; Good display with notch; Jack and infrared blaster

No option to expand memory; AI features on the camera can be aggressive; New fingerprint sensor has gotten worse

Honor 10 review

Huawei and Honor may be described as two sides of the same coin. Honor, being a Huawei sub-brand, has the benefit of having full access to its parent company technology and R&D. But when it comes to marketing strategy, the two companies couldn't possibly be looking in more different directions than...

Honor 10 SmartPhone : Huawei Honor 10 SmartPhone

Having recently reviewed the Huawei P20 I immediately noticed so many of the same features on the Honor 10 which as both brands are in the same ownership is perhaps not that surprising however the Honor 10 is made powdered glass to make it shiny and move its back in the light and it shimmers like...

Honor 10 review

The Honor 10 is a fantastic device for a mid-range price. Yes the software can be funky, but the hardware is on point and the camera and battery life (two of the most important things in a phone) are great. It's easy to use with one hand, it has an attractive design, and it's sure to be a hit.

Goondu review: Is the Honor 10 a budget Huawei P20

With the success of the Huawei P20 Pro and its camera enhancements, it's little surprise to find the Chinese company using its flagship phone's features to introduce a mid-range model in the Honor 10.

Honor 10 review: A true challenger to OnePlus 6 and Vivo X21

Pitched as an alternative to the OnePlus 6, Honor 10 is not just pretty looking; it also undercuts the competition with an able camera and aggressive price. Here is our detailed review.

I've aired a few concerns and nitpicks throughout this Honor 10 review. The lack of OIS on the camera is a bummer, EMUI still won't be to everyone's tastes, the decision to ditch the microSD card slot is questionable, and the device itself is as slippery as a snake that's been slithering around in...

Dazzling glass design Solid 19:9 display experience Kirin 970 guarantees incredible performance Excellent specs for the price AI Camera genuinely improves shots EMUI 8.1 is highly customizable Decent battery life Notch toggle

No microSD card slot Slippery glass No OIS on rear camera No IP rating EMUI still isn't perfect Visual shopping mode doesn't work
