Even in this tiny mission there are a bunch of approaches listed, and that's without going into more freeform, improvised solutions that you might come up with on-the-fly when stalking your target.
Hitman has been a curious series. The frustratingly inconsistent nature of the first three games still managed to find an audience thanks to its unique charms, but remained very much a cult hit until Blood Money arrived and found a near-perfect balance of hardcore stealth and accessibility.
