Absolution is the 5th game in the Hitman series. It fails to hold up to its predecessors. Previous games had Agent 47 placed into a level with an objective to assassinate a target, while there's a few levels like this a lot of the game is made up with filler.
Some old school type levels; nice graphics
Broken disguise system; not enough targets; hand holding; list of objectives
Addictive. Be careful if you need to complete projects; this may distract you a bit much!
Easy to navigate; Visually pleasing movie like quality for a video game; Challenging and forces you to be strategic (duh for those who are enthusiasts for the hitman series) but to noobs you will find yourself enjoying something different from the rambo style blow them up shooters.

Game is a good value for the $10.00 dollars i paid. Graphics are the best ever for the Hitman series and I can't put this game down. I love the free-will adventure and the whole new plot twist from the ol'Hitman.
I quit playing this game not too long after I started, because the gameplay was just too repetitive. In short, it wasn't that much fun for me. There are other much better games for the PS3.
The guys at Square Enix and IO Interactive did a substantial job delivering another story to the life of Agent 47. The story and how it is divided was executed brilliantly. The graphics are superb, though the sound in dialog is choppy at two points in the game.
I have been looking forward to playing this game for a long time. I have the trilogy of Hitman games for the PS2 system. This game combines the love of the character Agent 47 and his abilities with new techniques, weapons, and added features not before seen in the Himan saga.
It's been while since I saw Hitman. I like how they enhance the visual and gameplay. Multiple way to execute your target is just challenging feature that won't bored you. Then again, play-asia offer great discount on this game, can't affor to miss it :)
The entirety of my review was played stealthily, taking my time to kill a target by either lying and waiting for them to come to me or by following them to an area to deal the execution.
The Hitman series has one truly unique strength, something which Contracts and Blood Money completely understood: the opportunity to feel like a hitman, with every option and approach that you could envisage available to you.
Satisfying stealth gameplay; Gorgeous graphics.
Completely misses the point of the Hitman series; Awful plot and characters forced upon the player
