Cost is the only real issue as HP products are of high quality.
Works as expected. One star off for the price, but I don't have a solution for that issue.

Not too much to say about the product itself(toner cartridge)...but lots to say about it being the cheapest price around. Huge savings compared to Staples prices (whom I will no longer be using). I also bought the drum unit...over $30.00 cheaper. This is definitely my new go to place.
the value of the tone cartidge is fantastic and so is the workmanship. One can not improve on perfection.
