I used to go with generic toners, but in the end I come back to the name brands "just in case." Their price is obviously more expensive, but I just feel that the communication between the printer and the toner is at a maximum when you buy the name brand, I could be wrong, but it is nice to know it...

I hate going to places like Office Max or Office Depot to get printer cartridges. It takes so long, and I'm never sure I have the right one, and I have to wait forever to find someone to help me. Ordering cartridges through my HP printer app was the perfect solution!

works well -you need to find instructions online is they are not included. Takes one minute to swap out. I was disappointed as a Canadian consumer that I could not recycle my old one they only accept recycles in the US.

I do a lot of printing, and so this is the third imaging drum in the printer over about a year of use. The drum works well until it needs to be replaced. I ordered a new one at Future Shop on Friday, and it was at the store in Thunder Bay by the following Tuesday.

I ordered the wrong cartridge the first time and they accepted the return after the allotted time for return had been exceeded and paid for the return...
