Verdict: I used to go with generic toners, but in the end I come back to the name brands "just in case." Their price is obviously more expensive, but I just feel that the communication between the printer and the toner is at a maximum when you buy the name brand, I could be wrong, but it is nice to know it...

Verdict: works well -you need to find instructions online is they are not included. Takes one minute to swap out. I was disappointed as a Canadian consumer that I could not recycle my old one they only accept recycles in the US.
