It works

It's been hard finding a dock to work with a Spectre x360. The good news is that this dock works. I have it driving a 4k monitor and an HD monitor via display port->HDMI. All is well, as is USB. The laptop charges well ... the computer doesn't complain.

Have purchased several of these HP docks and they seem to work really well. It is even possible to change out the thunderbolt cable pre-installed with a longer one.B & H is also a great place to buy from!

Works as a charm. Wanted to find something that can work with Thunderbolt type-c port as well as can downgrade to work with regular usb type-c 3.1. This dock supports both options and works perfectly with HP EliteBook 840 G5 (Thunderbolt) and Lenovo ThinkPad E490 (usb type-c 3.1).

Perfect for Spectre X360

I bought a spectre x360 and needed a docking solution. I thought I'd try this based on the other review. This just works. I've read about issues with other products but I've not found a problem with this.

I plugged it all in then went to HP site for latest drivers, downloaded, installed it, and after reboot my system never came back up. BSOD. Returned it for redund. Then after reinstalling my OS, I decited to try the Dell D6000 docking station, plugged it all in, and it worked like a charm...
