Terrible Laptop

I setup the new HP laptop over the weekend. It is by far the worst electronics product I've ever purchased. The mouse pad is almost impossible to use. The USB ports work about 10% of the time. Terrible laptop. Very disappointed.

Frequent problems, seemingly slow even though it has good specs, audio problems (not connecting to other devices properly, or audio completely disables and not solved after restarting, requires updating drivers to get audio back), blue screened already within 30 days of purchase, gets really hot...
