I was looking for a fast document printer for invoices, letters, data sheets etc, this prints up to A4 and super quick, the first sheet is out in a few seconds and one every second thereafter. The print cartridges are quite expensive but I hope they will last a long time.

I'm writing my thesis and I couldn't be happier to have bought this printer. The print speed is insanely fast. Well worth the $.The print color quality is the most average thing about the printer.

Printer is good for home or small office use. Set up was clear to multiple mac computers by wifi. Had some issues on set up associated with my firewall, but figured it out. This is good for someone who wants it up and running fast and isn't a major computer expert. Print speed and quality are good.

Great machine fast dependable at works great for small business

Our print quality was poor so we had tech support look at it. The only thing they could do is run a cleaning pad through it. The quality got better but not up to standard. The tech said that he would order a new print head but the warranty company bought the warranty out instead of repairing it.

I bought this printer less than a month ago and every time I go to print something it is offline. The only solution is to run troubleshooter to get it back on line. How stupid is that. I have the same issue with every computer I use. How can something so simple be so darn hard..

After 181 total pages printed, 8 pages in colour, it requires a new Magenta ink cartridge. Unbelievable! I even had set colour print to "off" and selected B&W for default print. I bought this because it said it comes with 2700 pages of ink. That is NOT the case.

I brought this for the office in November 2018 (4 months ago). We initially brought a Epsom ink tank which was a disaster and after 3 weeks we returned it and the sales person sold us this HP PRO Pagewide 477w Multi. Wow ...... compared to the Epsom this is exactly what we wanted and needed.

When first installed, no issue printing the few things I needed - not in the office much that day. The next day, the printer refused to print. Even had my IT person come in. There was no reason for it not to print; the only way to make it print was to "run as Administrator". I AM the administrator.
