Unless you have the sensitivity turned to low on your mic the off and on switch does not work well. I don't quite trust it, so I often check if they can hear me before I say something that I don't want the entire team to hear. Otherwise they work wonderfully and I have had no other problems.

Been using them about 12-15 hours a week since Christmas, they've never left my room and they have a stand that they sit on when not in use. No problems until the other day when suddenly there's crackling in my left ear. When I turn down the volume, the crackling goes down but it's still noticeable.

When I originally saw this product for a cheaper price, I was a bit reluctant. It was described as used, which at first was a bit "eehh" for me, but upon further inspection it just said box has been opened.

Wish there was an external amplifier included in this product hooked up to my phone they sounds amazing but hooked up to my Xbox or PS4 the volume just isn't as loud as I need it to hear the smaller sounds audio itself is great tho pretty good range nice bass just wish it came with something to give...

the headset is sufficient enough for gaming and sound quality is good, mic quality good. have been playing online and these headphones and are comfortable and can play for hours

Brought these only to match the omen laptop (more for show than using) but these things are amazing sound is epic and the mic is clear ,, omen headset would not only contend with ￡100+ headset but in my opinion they would beat a fair few ,, But remember a review is only someone's opinion
