I love this printer!!!

I have a home office and run a small business and thought this all in one would be just right but it takes time for the cartridges to calibrate each time you print then you have to wait for the fist page and then the 2nd page and so forth.

This printer has not printed a single page yet and I have had it over 3 weeks. HP has been of limited support. They sent a new printhead and ink and that also did not fix the issue. They have support staff overseas that speak limited english and the...

I love this printer! I own a bakery and lots of times I need to print out in color a picture for a client or for my decorators and this printer does it all. I also receive faxed orders and with this printer I have the option to save them digitally or to have them printed or even both!

Under very light usage mine lasted 15 months. By light usage, I mean purchasing ink once in 15 months. I use 2 to 3 packs of paper in a year! Great looking machine with great features. But I will not buy a new printer every 15 months. Of course it broke shortly after the warranty expired.

printer set up in less than 30 minutes. printed test page and turned off. At the first use the printer powered up with printer failure notice. Called HP tech support and worked through problem. They sent new print head but it took 11 days, not good, but it resolved the problem. Tech support was OK.

Previously owned an Epson printer. Thought I was getting a deal but will never again. The HP printers I have had are far superior.

Another great work horse from HP printers to replace the last HP I had for 5 yrs. Also purchased through Argos. However the HP Pro does not copy duplex automatically through the ADF facility on top, as the HP Pro Plus does.

Purchase was a replacement for identical model, which broke after using it for 18 months. Costco concierge that I spoke with about this said that his info included the statement that the expected life of a modern printer was one year.
