This printer can perform fax, scan and print wirelessly from your computer or setup a shared folder on your computer and it will send a digital copy of your scan or fax to your networked folder when you scan or receive fax from your printer.
When you think of a printer, Hewlett Packard or HP is definitely one of the first names to strike your mind. HP has come a long way in catering to all our printing needs in terms of both inkjet and laser printers.
Set-up was a snap. Like everything about this all in one except maybe the ink cost. I say maybe because I haven't had to buy ink yet but typical of HP they will be expensive. They basically "give away" the printer to get the "razor blade" business.
Excellent speed; quality; multi function and set-up
Probably the cost of ink; Plan to look for alternatives
As far as I am concerned once you get to a certain level of quality a printer is a printer. That being said, this printer has some great features I use all the time: Scan to PDF which emails right off the printer. ePrint so you can print right from your iPhone or iPad. Duplex.
Top quality product. Good price. Good value extended warranty provided. Originally ordered and paid for by phone for collection at JL Bristol but that order got lost in the JL ordering system.

good printing
new colour cartridges not recognized by printer

Much cheaper than colour laser; Easy wireless connection; Max 25,000 page monthly duty cycle
No multipurpose tray; USB socket not PictBridge compatible; Slower than specified
By the way, with this printer you're not supposed to print much - it's okay to print 15 pages a day, which is acceptable for a single workplace, but after we connected it with 10 computers, we ran out of ink in less than a week.
I have utilized these for scanning and printing in a networked office environment connecting via RDP to centralized servers for both production and document imaging. These things have been great. Very trouble free, reliable and both printed and scanned images come out as expected.
