HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 All-in-One Printer Review

Choosing the right printer for your own unique needs can be tough. There are about two dozen different features you might be looking to find, which are available in a variety of different combinations as you move from one brand to the next.

Less than expected

I bought this printer to have the ability to create higher resolution scans. The lowest I needed was 600 dpi resolution. This printer said it went to 1200 dpi. Not a happy camper!

I bought this about a week ago and it will be going back tomorrow! Very flimsy plastic construction. The biggest problem I have is that the printer has a big problem with faxing. I have spent, literally hours on the phone with hp support without success.

Not great for Mac users and no 2-sided scanning

Being a Mac user (not having a PC), I learned after purchasing this product (because the information is not available online via HP's website or anywhere else) that: 1) You cannot use the touchscreen for scanning - you can only use the "HP Smart" software to scan documents if you have a Mac.
