It was easy for me to install. It prints quickly. The fax works great. The scanner works for me. Only thing I haven't tried yet is photo copies. I am pleased with this copier and I got it for $179.99!

HP has gone down hill

no good support; did not care if the problem was solved or not just in a hurry to get off the line; After a firmware update the printer had power cycled to get it to run It can not handle non standard size paper properly, BYE BYE HP Printers

This was pretty easy to set up, has a touch screen, looks sleek, and prints very fast. I print things from my living room or another room and by the time I get to the printer it is there waiting for me. Very nice and I'm happy with my puchase so far.

Have had just a few days now. Love the wireless capability. Have computers in office, bedroom and living room. Can now pay bills from any room and print receipts without getting up and hooking up. Love it. Was very easy to set up. Have many HP products and never been disappointed.

Bought this printer for my daughter as she needed a large capability printer for her University work as well as one which could print up to A3 with great quality and this met the criteria and exceeded it

I received this product as a birthday present and have been constantly impressed with the printer.The print quality is fantastic and the fact that it can print on A4 and A3 sheets is a bonus.

The only limitation with these is that the page size does not allow you to enter a custom value. As I almost exclusively use this printer with non-standard paper this was an initial limitation.

No Custom Size Paper

I got this printer in 2011 and the scanner bulb is gone. When i took it to HP service center which is located in Indiranagar (Bangalore) they told that manufacturing of the spare parts has been stopped and the scanner is of no use.

Great printer, fast, fairly quiet, good looking pages. My only problem is that it sometimes doesn't want to wake up after it goes to sleep. Most of the time it will wake up and print after a warm-up period, but every once in a while, it won't and I'll have to have a program print again.
