It has stopped printing I replaced the Cartages but still no Joy the printing comes out blank, I cannot find the way for a return procedure as it's still under warranty.

I've purchased three of these units so I'm very familiar with them...and like them. This unit operates fine like the others but there were some questions about it that the seller hasn't addressed...namely, I questioned whether it was a refurbished unit.

I purchased this printer so we could easily print from a variety of devices and also remotely. This has proved easy to setup with all methods tried.Nice little extras such as scheduled regular prints, my daughter has a To-do List scheduled for delivery each Sunday.

The setup could be a little tricky if you don't follow the directions paper and online directions...but once it's set up, it's so easy to use. I love the Wi-Fi printing capabilities and the fact that I can also print from my iPad and my phone! The print quality and speed are good.
