I purchased one of these printers, and during the VERY FIRST print it didn't work. I printed the ink head alignment test and it came out with a black racing streak down the middle of the page. The next thing I attempted to print resulted in a jam. I removed the jam and immediately another jam.

Printer is great. Easy to install
Printer is great. Easy to install, all updates for drivers can be easily accessed online. Prints and scans perfectly for the price.

Terrible restart all the time
HP is a huge company that has made great printers for years then the made this dog. The should have recalled all of them as defective
