Would not connect via Bluetooth. Was on the phone with Tech support for 1 hour 15 minutes. Tech could not pair printer with laptop. Supervisor informed me that HP would contact me in 24 to 48 hours to try again, and if that didnt work would ship me a new printer.

The ability to print anywhere comes at a premium cost

The Hewlett – Packard HP ink jet printer is one of the best in its category. This is a user friendly machine which can be connected to desktops or laptops as the requirement arises. The usb cable facilitates the process.

This printer is built cheap. We used this printer in 7 work trucks. You can count on the belt breaking, the ink running out without warning, the ink service module filling up. The ink service module is not easily available to buy and is difficult to replace.

5 stars so far. (only 30 pages printed until now) Energy efficient and enters sleep mode using very little power. Have printed both photos and documents and like the quality. A full set of a black and the three colors toner cartridges came with it.

I notice the bluetooth says "selected compatible computers etc" but studiously omitting iPads which are NOT compatible. Surely this would make it more desirable? Most professionals on the go use iPads which would make this machine an essential accessory.

No convenient carry case

There is perhaps anyone on this planet who does not know the name of HP. The brand has been associated with printers. The previous model of the HP Officejet series christened as the HP Officejet H470 was an average device with poor quality prints.

A solidly made and useful printer. Expensive when you compare to what you can buy these days in a supermarket! But it is very convenient for use away from the office
