I must admit I thought I was crazy for buying this, given the other reviews. So I am very pleasantly surprised how much I like it. I am using it with a Spectre x360 laptop. Once the battery is charged, it will fully charge my laptop's battery a single time.

I don't see this as fit for purpose as it doesn't even come with the right lead to connect it to the laptop it "link sold" with! Have raised a support/return ticket with HP but, despite receiving an automated acknowledgement that promised a response within 48 hours, we are now almost 190 hours later...
