I've had the printer over a year, and it is a great physical device, with good printing output. However, the none-Adobe PS RIP in there has problems every few months and a factory reset is required to fix it. That's a real let down, for such a great (otherwise) piece of hardware.

When the printer prints it is fast and has excellent resolution. This printer is severely crippled by a lack of internal memory, 128 MB. I cannot print many pictures due to a "low memory" warning that terminates the job. This complaint is well noted on the internet.

quirky remote printing but otherwise fast and quality prints

Very easy to setup. I connected it to the network switch/router using an ethernet cable. On MAC OS X Snow Leopard, just add it as an lpd printer and check the duplex option. Wireless printing also works. I can print from my mobile devices using direct print. Color images come out great.

Awesome print quality as expected with HP. I upgraded from an old CP2025 color laser. This one is quieter and processes print jobs faster. Paying a few bucks extra for wireless networking totally worth it. Only negative is the price of color cartridges. Still as pricey as ever.

We needed an easy solution for color printing from our Linux machines. This printer works flawless out of the box due to HP writing great Linux drivers.

Love this printer. We replaced a HP Printer that we had for 20 years. It was amazing but wouldn't work with new programs. This new printer works great. Not sure that it will last 20+ years like the last one but what is built today that lasts more than 5 - 10 years at most.

I have used this printer for a couple of weeks. The print quality and color are very good. I buy this printer is based on my past HP business laser printer experience. If you are not ready for expensive cost of toner please buy other brand.

This model has been a welcomed relief for groups of users needing to print wirelessly. Devices where easy to use for both the beginners to the most experienced in the group regardless of the make/OS being connect from.

Great little printer. I liked this so much I purchased a second one for my wife.
