I have spent hours on the phone with HP support trying to get the printer to work wirelessly. They were supposed to call me again last night to continue, but I got an email saying they were busy. I was going to buy 2, glad I didn't. It may have a great quality print, but I have no way of knowing.

We were replacing an HP M3035 that was 4 years old and not worth repairing. The M475 is much sleaker in design, but seems to give up some speed to our old machine, which was surprising and disappointing.

Overall, I'm very happy with the printer. It prints quick from sleep mode and does a nice job on print quality. I wasn't expecting great color photo quality prints but was very surprised at how good they were.

.. how can HP continue to produce printers where the cost to replace the ink cartridges is more than the cost of the printer. It seems it's cheaper to throw out the printer and get a new one rather than replace the cartridges.
