HP LaserJet Pro 300 M375nw

The LaserJet 300 clearly fits into the bracket of SOHO colour multifunction lasers built for the larger home office; at 420x483x500mm and a hefty 28.2kg, this is a printer that you can't easily just drop onto a desk - or, for that matter, even lift without a little help.

Includes Ethernet, USB and Wi-Fi; Excellent colour reproduction; Good display panel; ePrint enabled

Very slow printing; Overpriced for the Australian market

HP LaserJet Pro 300 M375nw review: HP LaserJet Pro 300 M375nw

The LaserJet 300 clearly fits into the bracket of SOHO colour multifunction lasers built for the larger home office; at 420x483x500mm and a hefty 28.2kg, this is a printer that you can't easily just drop onto a desk — or, for that matter, even lift without a little help. For those with a smaller home office set-up, this isn't really for you, but then the asking price should make that rather obvious. For what it's worth, it's large enough that when propped up on its own box, we were able to work standing up, propping an ultrabook on top of the printer.

HP's colour laser multifunction printer delivers very high-quality prints, especially in colour, but you'll need plenty of patience while waiting for your prints.

Includes Ethernet, USB and Wi-Fi; Excellent colour reproduction; Good display panel; ePrint enabled.

Very slow printing; Overpriced for the Australian market.

Great Printer

Good printer for home office. Really like the easy setup and that the scanner has TWAIN drivers and will scan directly into the PDF filer software I use. The print speed is not the fastest timed it on 55 pages of letter size text from the time I clicked print till completed was 5 minutes 22 sec this...

HP Laserjet Pro 300 Color MFP M375nw

You could think of the HP Laserjet Pro 300 Color MFP M375nw ($599 direct) as the junior cousin of the HP LaserJet Pro 400 Color MFP M475dn ($699 direct), with a lower rated print speed and lacking an automatic duplexer, but sharing most other features and specs.

Top-tier graphics; WiFi; Color touch screen; 50-sheet ADF

HP LaserJet Pro 300 Color MFP M375nw

Although you can buy a colour laser or inkjet multifunction printer for under £200, such a machine won't be suitable for intensive workloads. HP's LaserJet Pro 300 Color MFP M375nw, which must have one of the most convoluted model names yet devised, is a couple of levels above this and is suitable...

Same black print cost as HP mono lasers; ePrint; AirPrint and Wireless Direct; Quick heating fuser for fast first page out

No duplex print; Faulty ePrint sign-up; Heavy to move
