Poor print speed and build quality
Purchased the printer about a month ago very disappointed with the build quality very thin and cheap plastic paper tray for example having been a hp customer since the 90s when they made some great scanners and printers quality has suffered as prices dropped The print speed is very slow from sending

" Great printer; tough setup "
The printer/copier, are excellent, and the basic setup is easy. The color reproduction is terrific. However, I am using my unit with a Mac and OS 10.6, one of the recommended systems, and the installation instructions are totally inadequate.

FANTASTIC!!!
This printer was everything I wanted - an All-In-One minus the fax. I love the way I can be any room of the house on my laptop and be able to send something to be printed!! iThe colors are rich and am sure if a picture is printed out on the right paper, it would pass professionally.

1st laser printer
After a horrible experience with my last printer (same brand inkjet), this printer has been a welcome replacement. I read some good things about laser printers, so I searched for a color all in one, but couldn't find one in my price range.

Not for Business Office Use
This printer/scanner is not a good option for a Business Office. When one color goes out the machine will not print anything. The toner cartridges are small and do not last long. The toner cartridges are not friendly to load.

- Unreliable
