The fuser for this brand new printer died at 64599 pages. Estimated life is supposed to be 250k according to HP. They will not stand behind their product either. Even the corporate escalations team hard lined on me on the warranty even though our printer is one or two months out of it.

So far it has been a great printer. Much quieter than the HP P4015N that it replaced.

After researching printers for a month looking for the most cost effective printer, I finally found it. We use this printer for a hotel that can print up to 20,000 pages per month. I also was looking for a printer that had a good yeild size for toner.

There were broken plastic pieces of the printer falling out of the bottom of the box. The #1 tray was broken. The #2 drawer was broken. All kinds of little plastic tabs in and around the hinges for the #1 tray were bent/broken. Total junk! Surprised that they even shipped it to us.

Bought this printer in November and paper has been jamming ever since it was purchased. Logged a query as it stopped working in mid December and still waiting for engineer. Asked for it to be replaced but need certificates and paperwork.
