I got the offset problem for this printer. I tried to replace the drum cartridge or fuser assembly. The problem was not fixed.

Did not work since the moment it was connected. Cannot print from the paper trays, the only way we are able to print is from the document feeder which doesn't hold much paper. When I contacted customer service they said I will need a part that is backordered.

Super fast printer, scanner is really quick as well. Don't use the driver on the CD download the universal driver from HP. Also update the firmware!!!!
