Right at the start the first photo I printed out had horizontal lines running completely through it. I'm so exasperated! I was just replacing an HP 6960 All-In-One that had printed just fine for two years, and then all of a sudden had washed out horizontal lines running through anything I printed...

This printer has great quality and speed and I bought it on sale which made it an even better purchase. No complaints whatsoever regarding the quality of the printer. The only negative is the documentation with the printer is virtually non-existent.

This printer is not a patch on my older HP photo printer that it replaced, the quality of the prints is not good. I also can't by the ink here in Spain so have to order from Amazon and pay postage making the ink expensive. The touch screen is also very temperamental so not easy to use.

Bought this HP printer after giving up on and returning two Canon printers that would not connect to Airprint. This HP printer connected in no time at all and was really easy to set up. After the frustrating Canon's this is a breeze to use and so far it prints and does just what it is meant to do.

Does everything it should. Was a little difficult to set up and instructions could have been a lot clearer or better detailed online. Would have been useful if the utility had contained a removal tool to first get rid of all the previous printers software first.

I would recommend this printer for home use. I'm glad it uses only 2 ink cartridges: one multi-color and one black and white. I consider this a bonus. I wish HP would not make their Instant Ink program such a priority, as it somewhat complicates the setup process, but that has nothing to do with...

I've had previous HP printers and all worked flawlessly. This one doesn't match the print quality of my old HP C5280 which broke. This printer was 1 day old had only printed out 1 sheet of papaer when It decided to do an update and get stuck on it rendering the printer dead.

I usually have trouble recommending a lower-end sibling like the HP Envy Photo 7155 over its higher-end brethren, the HP Envy Photo 7855, when the latter comes with an ADF, and the former doesn't.

Cost per page is high sans Instant Ink; Potentially wasteful two-cartridge ink cartridge set holds all four inks; Noticeable banding when printing dark gradients and backgrounds

I purchased the Envy 7155, after a lot of research, to replace my 10 year old PhotoSmart printer-which had, after many years of good performance, blown-out the primary bk. nozzle. I liked the promise of better ink-conomy ($) with fewer ink tanks, & many of the reviews are good.
