Very easy to operate,quick and simple to use. My previous printer was a HP photo impression model which lasted 10 years with daily use, this model 5030 whilst not as robust is more practical for my usage now. Print quality is excellent, use well with both mobile and iPad..

At first i wanted just a copy, scan and print. However this printer gave me more than i bargained for. It's a wireless printer, and its very easy to print. I can print my documents/pictures straight from my phone. I love it.

The printer is just what Ineeded, the paper tray is much better than my previous printer and the wifi works fine. A good product and a bargin for me.

Never in my life have i found such a difficult printer to set up, and also if you place a piece of paper or something to scan it actually goes under the lip as there is a gap. total useless machine

This little printer/scanner /Copier is a doozy. It is cheap, compact, wireless connected, double sided printing and the ink cartridges are half the price I had to pay for the earlier HP 6700 series monster I put up with for 5 years.

Brought this printer in a hurry as our old one stopped working. I was so glad I chose this model for its ease of set up and fantastic print quality. In fact it is much better than my original printer which was twice the price ! ............ real bargain and great purchase.

I have two laptops with Windows 10 on them and one with Windows 7. I have tried repeatedly to set up a wireless connection to this printer with the laptops that have Windows 10 to no avail. The laptop with Windows 7 is very easy to set up the wireless connection on.

This is so awesome!!! I brought a Cannon printer and had to return it cause I could not connect. I gave this a shot and it took less than a 1 minute to connect two devices!!! FREAKING AWESOME. it is very user friendly and easy to navigate the systems.

Setting up and linking to my iPhone was really quick and easy; Linking to my laptop not so easy and took hours; Had to step away and leave it to the following day but eventually got there
