Corner of the laptop near the power button utterly crushed despite no apparent damage to exterior of shipping carton; I'd love to blame FedEx for it but since the box itself was intact, I can't see how the damage occurred while in transit.

We have had nothing but grief with these machines. It's the power button. It will work for a couple weeks and then stop. You can power it on in the docking station just fine but then it becomes an over-glorified desktop computer. It's the power button on the laptop itself that fails.

I am using this laptop as my work computer for over a year now. This mean a constant use of minimum 8h a day on things like MS Office, graphics and video editing. I will start from negatives because there is only one.

Not a good product! Rate 1 star just because there no 0 star choice. The speed is very slow. The hard drive doesn't work like HDD at all! The sound drive must have problem. Every time the sound come out 3-4 seconds later than it should be. Awful!
